All our quotes typically have an 18% service charge. (unless discussed in advance) As a friendly reminder, this is not a tip or gratuity. Service charge is a common industry practice that covers things like licensing, permitting, vehicle equipment/maintenance, etc. The average tip in the catering industry is between 10-15% of the total cost of the party, however our staff are happy to accept anything offered. We encourage clients to tip based on their overall satisfaction with the quality of the food and service of the staff.

The deposit for an event under $7K is $1,000. Any event quoted over $7K is subject to a $2,500 deposit. We are more than willing to make arrangements if a payment plan is needed.
