Resepi Milo Dinosaur – Milo is a drink sold in almost all malls in Singapore. Milo Dinosaur is a mug of icy Milo mixed with condensed milk and topped with a generous scoop of powdered Milo. Milo Godzilla is a Milo dinosaur drink with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
My youngest has been asking for jelly for over a week. Recently, he also started liking chocolate flavored cakes and pies. So I planned to make milo jelly using Agar-Agar. I don’t use gelatin because they are made from animal bones. Also, Agar-Agar is very common in Singapore. So, it was perfect to use in my recipe. This jelly recipe requires little work, but tastes great.

Milo is the main ingredient in this recipe. I use Milo which is made in Singapore.
Milo Cheese Cake Available Outlets
Chinese herb or agar-agar is the stabilizing agent that causes the jelly to form. Any brand of agar-agar will work well for this recipe. I use agar-agar strips here.
I use low fat milk to make the jelly. If you prefer, you can use whole milk for a richer flavor.
