Mengenal 7 Varian Sambal Yang Terkenal Di Dunia
I found my homemade gochujang recipe on these two Instagram accounts, Mba @ayudiahrespatih and @resepmasakanku. I put together two recipes using my measurements, because I wanted to try a little first.
Before I was baptized, I tasted it. Engine! Similar to tcoi with the original gochujang taste. Why, can he? Wwwwww. Padal Kalok I googled, gochujang is a Korean type of chili made using soybean oil and chili and then seasoned.
So, the taste of gochujang according to my tongue, spicy, sour, sweet. But, unlike the sweet and sour sauce, there is a kind of bitter taste, and the added flavor is similar to fermentation. Well, this KW sauce represents the original gochujang taste, although it is not 100% similar. The color cannot be hot red, because it does not use Korean powder (gochugaru) which is really a light color.
But, tombo wants, it’s enough. As far as I know, this dessert oil is hard to find, usually in supermarkets or Korean supermarkets. Kalok is sold in Jogja at Superindo and Dae Janggeum. This does not have to be there and the price depends on alibaba. I finally found it in Dae Janggeum, 3kg packaging for 300 thousand. Small package (500 grams) negative passport.

If you want to taste the original and you can’t find it in your city, just try to buy it online, there must be someone selling it :).
According to me, this alternative recipe can be used to make traditional gochujang flavors :). This paste is often used as a seasoning for Korean dishes such as teokkboki, dakgangjeong, buddae jiggae, kimchie, etc.
Because I couldn’t wait, I just made it yesterday, and the next day I used it to make dakgangjeong, Korean style spicy chicken. The recipe is tomorrow, yes! 🙂
