This time I topped the pizza with tuna and mayonnaise, coincidentally I still had tuna and sweet corn at home. If you don’t have paprika, beef or chicken, use whatever you have 🙂

2. Add mushrooms, saute briefly. Add the mashed tomatoes. Cook until boiling. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and granulated sugar. Stir well and cook till the chutney thickens and the water reduces a little.

3. Roll out the dough, place it in a container lightly greased with oil. Cover with plastic wrap or a wet napkin. Let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

3. Roll the dough thin with a rolling pin, about 1/2 cm. thick (because the pizza will expand). Place in a baking dish. My method is not to thin it out using a rolling pin. But I flattened the dough with a rolling pin until it was just flat. Then place it in the center of the tin and start stretching the dough with your hands until it fills the tin (I use a 30cm round tin). Its edges are slightly thicker than the middle (sometimes not).

4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Brush the dough with olive oil/vegetable oil in a thin layer. Spread the tomato sauce evenly, leaving the edges of the pizza uncovered. Spread 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese evenly, add the toppings (I used sweet corn, tuna and onion). Sprinkle again with 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Add mayonnaise and sprinkle with spring onions.
