This is completely random because I love watching BTS reality shows HAHAHA. Yes, that’s understandable, if you’re not watching content, you can cook (while supervising and teaching your kids).
Well, in several episodes of the series starring BTS, Yoongi aka Suga likes to cook Gambas Al Ajillo aka Garlic Shrimp! If I’m not mistaken I’ve done Bon Voyage 2 and Bon Voyage 4 (correct me if I’m wrong but I watched it a long time ago hahaha). It requires a lot of garlic, that is, garlic, with the pasta, yum!
Well, in an interview it was also said that the other members really like Yoongi’s Gambas Al Ajillo style. I’m curious how to make it, it doesn’t seem too complicated and delicious. Cooking I like hahaha. FYI, from the name Gambas Al Ajillo, this is a typical Spanish dish. Not Korea hehehe.
Googling it turned out that it was really easy and super fast! The ingredients are very simple, as long as there are shrimp (of course). So I made it at home and turns out I love it! Rio likes shrimp because of this recipe hihihi. Because honestly, the prawns are not overcooked or hard. The garlic flavor is also perfect, so you can finish a lot.
Cara Bikin Udang Goreng Bumbu
1. Peel and wash the shrimp. Dry the shrimp with a cloth (a kitchen towel is recommended) so that they do not splatter during cooking. Important! Hehehe. If you want a saltier dish, don’t throw away the shrimp shells. But wash and dry. Later it is used to fry the first part.
3. Heat enough oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the shrimp shells until fragrant or reddish, about 5 minutes. Remove the shrimp shells from the pan, you can throw them away.
5. Put the cleaned and peeled shrimps in the frying pan. Fry on both sides for about 1 minute 30 seconds.
6. When done, turn off heat and add tomatoes, parsley or oregano (if desired) to taste. The shrimp can be served directly in the pan or transferred to another plate to eat. Enjoy 🙂
