Ganache can also be replaced with chocolate buttercream. As a sweetener, I decorate it with fondant in the shape of flowers and leaves or according to taste.

6. Put it in a paper cup/muffin tin until it is 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated oven at 200’C until puffed, about 15 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 180’C and bake for 10 minutes (total baking time 25 minutes).
