For the recipe, I used my favorite steamed sponge cake recipe that I usually make. Just add colors of different colors.
1. Prepare a 26x26x3 cm square baking pan, grease the bottom of the pan with cooking oil, line with baking paper… and grease the baking paper with cooking oil. You don’t need to grease the edges or sides of the pan with cooking oil so that the steamed sponge cake sticks to the pan so that the steamed sponge cake doesn’t shrink.
