The East Coast has exceeded and exceeded catering requirements. East Beach’s Chelsea Success and her team at EBC were amazing to work with for our wedding. Our guest numbers have changed due to COVID mitigation measures, our location has changed, our dates have changed, and EBC was patient and very easy to work with.
From the taste, Chelsea felt like an old friend from the moment we met her. The food was amazing. It was everything we wanted and more. EBC even worked with us to create special dishes for our wedding that were not on the original menu.

At the wedding itself, her team made sure we didn’t miss out on the food even as we were busy greeting everyone and barely sat down. They always made sure we had water and anything else we wanted and we really wouldn’t have had our dream day without EBC.

The food was so amazing that even the people we expected would complain no matter how they ate the food. Chelsea and the team went above and beyond in every detail, not just the food, but the day. They helped set up the party (while I was busy running) (they even brought some of their own decorations), they helped tear down the event (while we were too busy celebrating a little too hard) , Chelsea is from. On my side calming the nerves in the minutes before the wedding–none of which was part of their contract–they are good people to have on your day. When you hire the right vendor, you’re hiring more than just the service you need, you’re hiring the peace of mind that people you know will be there for you on the day you need them – if you want good food, peace of mind, and an amazing feeling. She listened to everything we wanted and made it all work within our budget! We wanted a buffet/cocktail style spread with more options for our guests AND an additional dessert table. Chelsea worked with us to make this all happen! I loved what I wanted and my main priority was making sure that the food tasted good and not like the usual boring “wedding food.” We had so many great additions to our meal, my aunt loved it so much that she used it at my cousin’s retirement party! The beef stew was cooked perfectly and the potato rounds were delicious! My favorite dishes we passed were the caprese skewers, blt skewers and sweet potato biscuits! Everyone raves about sweet potato biscuits. We also used Chelsea as our wedding coordinator which was the best decision we could have made. We live in Oregon but got married in Virginia where I am from, this made planning our wedding difficult. Chelsea worked with my mom and me to make sure everything went smoothly and we got everything we wanted. I told her the styles I liked and she brought them to life. She worked with me and made everything easy, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our big day. We highly recommend not only East Coast Foods but also Chelsea Connection Services. In fact, she was a god send.
