Westgate Offers Las Vegas Event Catering For Your Party Of Meeting
We provide catering services throughout the Las Vegas Valley. All of our menu items (including our bread) are made in-house, from scratch. We use grass-fed, non-gmo and organic meats when available. Ask us about adjustments for food allergies and dietary restrictions. Gluten-free bread is available for an additional charge.
Contact us for menu pricing information. Most food availability 14 days before your event, with final menu confirmation and payment. For large events we advise advanced research to ensure availability. Some items may not be available at the last order.

In addition to our private dining room, we offer full purchase of all of our spaces and are happy to work with you to CRAFT a custom menu unique to your event. Flowers and decorations are also available at an additional cost.
Family Style Catering Las Vegas
While some kids grew up reading books, I grew up reading cookbooks. I learned to love life in the kitchen when I was young, cooking at home with my parents and grandparents.
I ended up doing what I love as a hobby, working as a chef for the Ritz-Carlton in Maui, San Francisco and Las Vegas, before becoming the pastry chef at Le Cirque and Circo in Bellagio and , finally, at Red Rock Resort.
However, I always knew that I wanted to do something different – I wanted to create a space where I was free to play with food and CRAFT dishes that represent the creativity of my family’s food. So, in 2015, I jumped. of faith, and, with the help of my wonderful family and amazing team, opened CRAFTkitchen here in Henderson.
My job as a chef is threefold: (1) To get only what I need to feed my family, (2) To make dishes that are full of energy and flavor, and (3) to provide space for members. the community can come together for an unforgettable meal.
