Catering Dothan Al
Chef and owner of KBC Kelsey Barnard Clark is a born and raised southerner from Dothan, Alabama. She started in the food industry as a high school student with an obsession with baking, and had her first catering gig at the age of 16.

Kelsey left the Deep South for a few years to learn from top chefs at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. She honed her skills working at high-end Manhattan restaurants, Cafe Boulud and Dovetail, before returning to her roots in Alabama to start her own company, now known as KBC. Kelsey’s passion is wholesome food, prepared classically and coated with a touch of the big city.
