I was very pleased with all the staff and everyone who helped make my day special. The food was very good.
We cooked them for 250 guests at the Bloom Lake Barn in MN and the food was great! We had chicken and veggie pasta which got many compliments from our guests. They were great at responding quickly to questions during planning and the staff was great during the event. One complaint we had was that they were not transparent with the overall cost initially. Everything including plates, glasses and cloth napkins for each guest had extra costs. It ended up being higher than expected with additional fees (such as a 7% service fee that we were told were “overhead costs”) that weren’t previously communicated.
I see several vendors every weekend and they were the most professional I have ever seen. Great presentation and of course great food.
