My name is Curtis, “Papa O”. “Papa” is the name of my grandchildren and the letter “O” was given by my children’s friends to distinguish me from their Papa.
For many years, I organized an annual picnic for our family. It starts with a propane grill with burgers and hot dogs. Thanks to my savvy wife, barbecue equipment suppliers, and abundant membership warehouse clubs, our get-togethers now include a 15-foot barbecue trailer , baking dishes as well as coordinated serving and dining utensils. My wife, brother-in-law and I had the pleasure of serving meals to our gatherings that grew to over 130 people. Like many people with craft hobbies, I really want to share my passion with others.
