  1. In a matka, add oil, onion and fry until golden brown

  7. After that add rice, salt mix well and cook on medium high flame until water is reduced (5 min), add fresh coriander cover and steam cook on low flame for 15 min
  8. Garnish with fried onion.. matka pulao is ready.. (hamare yaha nahi pasnd ki jati islye maine nahi dali)
